I changed my mobilephone recently from Samsung Galaxy S5670 to Nokia Lumia 520T. Nokia Lumia 520T differs from Nokia Lumia 520. 520 is customized by China Unicom while 520T is customized by CMCC (China Mobile Comunications Corporation ). I chose 520T for my SIM card used in my mobilephone is of CMCC.
I have been tired of Android Operation System, so I focus my view on the Windows Phone 8 Operation System. However, most Nokia mobilephones with Windows Phone 8 Operation System are not cheap, apart form the Nokia 520T. The price of Nokia Lumia 520T is 899 yuan RMB in gome.com.cn. Previously, I bought mobilephone at the expected price ranged from 1000 yuan RMB to 1500 yuan RMB. Now the expected price turned to 500~999 yuan RMB, for one mobilephone at this price is enough for me.
Nokia Lumia 520T came to the market in this year( 2013), with Windows Phone 8 Operation System, 1GHz dual-core processor, 4.0 inch IPS screen, 5 million pixels camera, 512 MB RAM and 8 GB ROM.
It is just so so, but already enough for me. I don’t want to talk about the configuration of Nokia Lumia 520T in this article. What I want to talk about here is about the Windows Phone 8 Operation System.
The number of sofewares of the Windows Phone 8 Operation System is much smaller than that of the Android Operation System. But the primary softwares such as Tencent QQ, Sina Weibo, Weixin, UC web browser, Baidu Map, Youdao Dict and Alipay are available in the Windows Phone 8 Operation System.
I had seen some comments on the Windows Phone 8 Operation System said that this system is more fluent than the Android Operation System in the same machine configuration. I can not make sure whether these comments are true of false for I had not both two mobilephones in the same machine configuration and different operation systems.
WP is short for both “Windows Phone” and “WordPress”.
